Connect the i-pod to your computer and run itunes. If all goes well your i-pod should be detected. click on music and the files you want to transfer by holing down ctrl and clicking o the individual tracks and drag them to the i-pod name.

My computer says my itouch is a camera

This is normal.
Step 1: To sync songs, videos, and apps, get iTunes from the Apple website.
Step 2: Double click the file after it has downloaded and just keep hitting Next.
Step 3: Connect your iPod once it is done installing (the screen with the finish button).
Step 4: Just follow the on-screen instructions, your iPod should now be set up.

What is a website to unlock my ipod 2GB

Unlock with the Primary Computer
  • Step 1 Plug the iPod into the primary computer linked to that iPod, the first computer you synchronized it with unless you have designated another computer as the primary computer.
  • Step 2 Open iTunes and sync the iPod as normal.
  • Step 3 Remove the iPod, following the normal removal procedure. The iPod unlocks automatically as you remove it.
  • Unlock by Restoring
  • Step 1 Restore the iPod to factory settings if you do not have access to your primary computer. This erases all of the data you have stored on the iPod.
  • Step 2 Plug your iPod into the new computer you want to be the primary computer. Open iTunes and click on the "Restore" button.
  • Step 3 Reload your data, if it is available and sync your iPod. Remove it following normal procedures.

My ipod touch is disabled for about thirty years and i can only turn it on and off!

Two reasons this is disabled for so long.

    1. You have entered the incorrect 'power on' password many, many times.

    2. You have jailbroken (jailbreak) your iPod Touch and one of the apps you have installed has caused the problem. Possibly a malicious app.

Two ways to fix it. Either wait 4317939 minutes or restore it using iTunes.

The first link below gives details of why a non-jailbroken iPod Touch is disabled.

Second link gives instructions on how to restore your iPod Touch using iTunes.

    Downloading applications to ipod touch

Hi,   The easiest way to download to your iTouch is directly to your iTouch via the Apple Store. The Apple Store icon is already on your iTouch. Just make sure you are near an internet connection via Airport or Wi Fi. Click on "Download" on the selected app, and then wait a couple of seconds. Your iTouch will indicate when the download is done and the app is installed. You will see the new icon on your your screen page.
If you install from your computer, you will have to plug your iTouch into the computer and use the  iTunes app to control what you download.
I hope that helps.   Shari Dyer

The screen might be messed up. It might not, but it seems like it was damaged, the screen is very sensative, so they will crack easily. just call iPod, that is your best bet because they know more than me. Good luck fixing it! Sincerely, Maxwell
