I need to know how and where I can go to change my MTU setting above 1364 so I may play XboxLIVE.
Problem for Siemens SpeedStream Modem (4100) (SS4100)
SpeedStream 4100 - working fine until yesterday
SpeedStream 4100 - working fine until yesterday when I tried to add a DSL router and the connection died. Removed router, reset, off/on did not help. The power, ethernet, and dsl lights are green, the internet and activity lights are off. After connecting to the modem, the diagnostics show that PPPoE failed. QWest.net ISP - no help there as this is not a QWest modem. Any suggestions how to proceed?

The modem advanced settings had VCI=35. It should be VCI=32 for QWest. See http://www.dslmodemsdirect.com/DSL%20Configuration/VPI_VCI%20configuration%20Page.htm for other providers.
