Please try to restart your phone, by turning it off, opening the lid, taking out the battery for a few seconds, and then put everything back in, and turn it on.
If that does not work, I'd suggest resetting the phone, by doing as such: Settings > General > Master Reset. If the phone is still under warranty, I would suggest taking it to a lab for testing, and maybe resetting.
take the phone to a mobile repair shop and have them reflash the firmware on the phone.....or you can try www.topsony.com.....you have to pay for the flashes on this site
I do not think that they changed the mobile board the 1st time, you shoukl try and reflash your mobile....go to www.topsony.com this is a paysite so if you want the flash file you have to pay for it but register for it first.
