Problem for Mitsubishi WD-52825 52 in. Rear Projection HDTV Television
Mitsubishi wd-52825. red lamp indicator, new lamp installed
mitsubishi wd-52825. I replace the lamp, and it still no picture, it is properly installed, door secured,I do hear the fan working, and the tv turns on with no image for a minute or so, then it turns itself off, and the red lamp light comes on. I saw that when I turn the TV on, the bulb does come on, just for 5 seconds, then it turns off.
please any help.

Failed caps on the power supply will cause that. The V26 Power pwb repair kit will usually correct that issue. Its available from www.tvrepairworld.com the kit contains the capacitors and the CD with instructions.
