These errors can occur if you install Pro Tools before installing the WaveDriver, or have an incorrect driver installation.

Please go to this link for complete instructions, or I can send them to you!

Hi,

Could you please be more clear so that I can try to help you. Your minidisc unit doesn't come with any software that I am aware of. It also doesn't have a port to connect to the PC. Am I missing something here?

When I try to launch Pro Tools LE for Windows the message "Missing cfd.dll" or "Cannot find cfd.dll" appears on the screen.

These errors can occur if you install Pro Tools before installing the WaveDriver, or have an incorrect driver installation. Resources must be assigned to the hardware before Pro Tools is installed. Therefore, it is imperative that you follow the installation procedure documented in Chapter 3 (specifically, pages 19-21) of the Getting Started with Digi 001 Guide.

    Problem:

Why when I launch Pro Tools am I getting the error(s) missing cfd.dll file or DAE.dll -1113 error?

    Solution:

These errors indicate that the wave driver was improperly installed or there is a driver conflict. Remove other drivers. If this does not remedy the situation, remove the wave driver and re-install. You may need to re-install Pro Tools as well.

Try uninstalling the USB root hubs in the device manager and then restart. They will reinstall upon the restart.

It may also could be a bad power adapter.

When i install, bluetooth setup in my desktop that time a information came like cyclic redundancy check problem.

Cyclic Redundancy Error comes when the source device like a computer calculates data and add the size of the information and sends it to the destination device. The destination device sees the size of the information and recalculate the size of the information and compare the two if they do not match the cyclic redundancy problem is reported because the information data has gone corrupt during the transit from the source to destination device. It can be a wrong configuration or packet collision. If it is due to packet collision the error can be over come by resending data multiple times.

Re-installing xp

A cyclic redundancy check (CRC error) is an error checking program that is used to verify data and can be caused by hardware or software. The most common causes are bad CD disk, hard drive or memory. To run diagnostics press and hold the <Fn> key while powering the system on. This will run the Dell Diagnostics. Examine the Windows CD and see if there are any scratches or smudges on the media, try another CD disk if you have one.
