screen has frozen out at press A to continue. switched on ok then the pointed was a bit jumpy and not smoot then i changed the batteries twice just in case and when i switched it on thats when it froze. have pulled the power and pressed the reset button. still the same

I would rent a very recent game and do a firmware upgrade ( included with the new game)
