Will not power up

If you hear the fans working at boot up and then the laptop shuts off after 10 15 seconds or more, you may be having a overheating problem, which you can fix by dusting off the fans, and if you want to do a deep clean, open the laptop and clean the heatsink and apply a heat release compund. (This is a liitle extra work).

Also you can try removing the RAM and change slots.

But if the laptop doen;t stay on for more than 5 seconds, you may have a motherboard that went bad...(sory no fix for this one, just replacement)
