Question about Apple iPod shuffle Second Gen. Silver (1 GB) MP3 Player (MA564LL/A)
I've just bought a new IPOD shuffle for someone in my family, and I'm trying to add it to my existing library, but it isn't working. Sometimes it asks me to restore the IPOD, but then it fails. The IPOD isn't showing up in devices and I've tried to use APPLE support but so far it's no use.
If you could help I would be really grateful!
