Ink smudges off envelope

You will need to select in the drive that the media type you are putting in is envelopes this will adjust the printer fusing section to increase the heat.

Also you must select to go through tray one when doing this open the back door and the printed envelope will come out of the back and should be fine. If not try a lesser grade of envelope if still the same problem then the fuser unit is slipping and will need to be replaced.

I did that already, I replaced fusing assembly. Also, I did modify the fuser mode for the envelope and still wouldn't work.
