How to set phone number id

Page 3-10 in the users guide describes this proceedure. However, I'm guessing that you don't currently have this documentation. Sooo...
Open the one-touch speed dial panel. Press 'Data Registration' button. Press 'Set' button twice. Press the down arrow button until 'Unit Telephone Number' is displayed. Press 'Set'. Now enter your fax number using numeric key pad. Press 'Set' to save the number. Now press 'Set' again to enter your business name via keypad buttons (this part is fun because each # button can represent different letters by multiple pressings of same key, you'll figure it out with some experimentation) You can enter up to 24 characters for name. Press 'Set' to save. Press 'Stop' to return to stand by mode (normal operation)
