Unfortunatly, we as help consulants, can not advertise for any companies as to where to have a product repaired. I will mention that as for adapters for different radios will probably have to be custom built, as mic adapters are no longer manufactured in a mass state as they once were ( to my best knowledge ). If the modulation pot has been over adjusted and broke, the replacement of this pot ( variable resistor ) is easly done by simply replacing it with one of like resistance value ( the value is normally listed on the metal case on the varibale resistor). I hope this has helped in some manner.
