How do i use my built in webcam on my pac...

Hello Friend,
First, you will need to check if the Webcam driver and software is installed.
if yes: then you can use the installed software to display the webcam locally or use an IM software like MSN or Skype... to share your webcam with your friends.
if no: you will need to visit packard bell website and based on your model you will find the webcam drivers and software to install. i would give you the direct link to download it but you didn't specify your Laptop model :(
