There is a problem with the Windows Print Spooler. This could be caused by:
1. Spooler is off-line (reboot)
2. No printer installed (reinstall)

Try "net stop spooler", then "net start spooler" from the command line/DOS prompt (Start, Run, cmd, Enter/OK). Or replace "net" with "sc" to accomplish the same thing.
