Do you have the Sending and Facsimile Guide for your machine? If so, reference page 10-14 thru top of page 10-19.....if you don't have the 'Books' ...I do.....

Your in the copiers IP address into your web browser and go to address book and delete address , you can also add address's here. If you do not know IP address, go to machine, touch additional functions, system settings, network settings, tcp/ip, IP and write down #.
