Hp printer is blinking how to solve like this problems

It is blinking because something is wrong.
Turn the printer on.
Lift the lid that covers the print-head.
The print-head will slide to some position.
Look for 'v' markings on the case, where the print-head stops moving.
That V will point to the ink-cartridge that needs to be replaced.
Remove & replace that ink-cartridge.
Close the lid.
Look for GREEN lights.

Paper jam light on permanently, printer is jammed

Check the following steps for fixing Hp Carriage Jam Error :

Open the print carriage access door. Check for any packing material that may be blocking the internal components. Check for an orange shipping lock that may still be in place on the left side. Pull the shipping lock out, if present, and discard.

Remove and reinstall the cartridges to make sure they are properly installed. Lift the front center of the print carriage access door to open it. Lift the door up until it locks into an open position. Press down on a print cartridge and allow it to spring back up. Lift the cartridge out of the printer. Do the same for the other cartridge. Slide the black cartridge into the slot on the left and the color cartridge into the slot on the right. Press down on each one to lock it into place. Lower the print carriage access door.

Check the print cartridges to make sure the protective tape has been removed from the ink nozzles. Remove the cartridges from the printer. Remove any tape or labels. Replace the cartridges into the printer.

Push in on the tab on the left side of the clean-out door on the back of the printer to open the door. Lift the door out of the printer. Check for any paper jams. Jammed paper can block the printer cartridge carriage from moving. Pull any jammed paper out.

How do i change the ink cartridge

Step 1
housing beneath. If done correctly, the print cartridge carrier should move into the loading position near the center of the unit.
Step 2

Push down on the colored cartridge lever at the front of the carrier to unlock and pop up the cartridge lid.
Step 3

Pull the spent cartridge from the printer.
Step 4

Pick up your new cartridge. Pull the sticker and tape gently from the back and bottom to reveal the gold metal electrical contacts.
Step 5

Insert the new cartridge into the print cartridge carrier with the electrical contacts facing down. Press the cartridge gently but firmly into the carrier so that the contacts on the cartridge touch the contacts in the carrier.
Step 6

Close the cartridge lid over the new cartridge until it clicks into place.
Step 7

Lift the scanner unit up slightly so that the scanner support arm unlocks. While holding the unit up with one hand, push the support back into its storage slot with your other hand and carefully lower the unit back into its original position on your printer.
Step 8

Press the third button down from the top on your control panel---marked by an arrow pointing from a scanner icon to a computer icon---for three seconds to print out a print alignment page. When finished, follow the on-screen instructions.

After installing re-filled ink cartridges, both color and back & white, the printer message that shows ink level still shows low level ink? How do we resolve?

Try this procedure:
1. Open printer lid so cartridges move to center of carriage.
2. Lift clamp and remove black or color cartridge from the holder.
3. Place cartridge on table with copper contact strip facing you.
4. Carefully place a strip of clear plastic tape over the four contacts on the upper left corner of the cartridge.
5. Reinstall cartridge in printer and close lid. Wait until cartridge returns to parking position.
6. Open lid and remove cartridge again. Remove tape from left side and place tape over four contacts at upper right corner of cartridge.
7. Reinstall cartridge in printer and close lid. Wait until cartridge returns to parking position again.
8. Open lid again, remove cartridge, remove tape.
9. Reinstall cartridge and close lid.
Printer will now recalibrate. Once the process is complete the ink level meter should be reading full again.

I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.
