Konica minolta biz hub C250 need to reset admin code URGENT

we have a konica C 250 Biz Hub and the last technical service company apparently put an administrators code on it. it is TOTALLY useless without us getting into it. HOW do we over ride this code?

you cannot overide the administrator password on the konicas the default password is 12345678 try that

- the c3851 error code is a abnormaly low fuer temperature error code the fuser code will probably have to be replaced you can try to reset it but if the error code comes back you have to replace that fuser. hold down the utility/counter button while you turn on the main switch until trouble reset appears on the touchscreen then touch trouble reset when it says ok turn the machine off then on
