I have two webcams and they both freeze up my computer. I have changed usb ports several times. I have plenty of memory. I am running mozilla. But even on internet explorer it freezes too. I have windows xp.

There is a hardware problem of your webcams. To determine that it is the webcam then insert the webcams in the other computer to know that it is really working or not.

- Then your webcams have a problem. Bring it back to the store where you bought it immediately, maybe you can catch the warranty for it.
