You have to replace the battery with CR2032 no , its a default model for all laptops BIOS battery, kindly check the number in the old battery to fix it exactly. you can find the battery in the bottom of the laptop, its has some opennings locked by screws if you open that you can see it , the battery will be like this only

if battery is damage you should get cmos bad or change the cmos ,message2/ And date and time is not actual when we open computer because it could nt keep actual time and date without battery. take it in near tecnican to repace battery which remain in mother bord.
