The drain line is probably clogged. Maybe that a sock or other piece of clothing get between the clothes tub and the outer tub that holds the water. In this case it may then get into the drain hose that's attached to the pump.Remove the hoses from the pump and pull the item out. In case it clean there, check the outer tub port- open the washer's main access panel and remove the large-diameter rubber hose that connects the pump to the bottom of the outer tub. Then,try to remove the clothing through the port.
Most likely the pump has failed or is blocked or jammed. Coins and buttons become trapped in the impeller. Suggest you check the pump drain inspection point - there is always one somewhere at the bottom of the machine. See if you can rotate the pump motor - ISOLATE THE POWER FIRST!

oh dear,,, what have you done here????
go to the back of your washer find the drain pipe,
get a bowl lower drain pipe into bowl this will drain the drum out for you,,, so long as it is lower than the drum,,, you need to relpace the door switches now,,,
there both broken!!!!
opening this door must have taken some force to do it with the washer still washing
they should not have let you unlocked the door there safty switches,,,and a cable hold the lock closed as well??? call a repair man out to fix it for you

you shouldnt be able to open door if there is water in it. sounds like your door interlock has burnt out and probably taken the main printed circuit board with it.
