When I try to upload photos into any site,the window for browsing the file appears and if I click a file,the window shows "Not Responding" sign.Then i have to end the session along with the browser.What should I do???Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me.

Are you certain you DO HAVE a live Internet connection while you do this? Sounds as though the transfer has not started yet and the NOT RESPONDING message suggests your upload process may be waiting for a connection. Good luck!
