You have change the lens of your DVD if the lens fails only you will get this msg, but before openning your player check whether your warranty is ended, if the warranty is not ended the company will fix the player or else follow this in the dvd tray you will find a small square shaped lens which is movable have to remove it take it to the spares shop they will match your lens type and give you the lens track set .
