The orange flashing light says there is a paper jam, but there is nothing in there. The last piece to print did have a slight tear, so maybe there is a fragment of paper the printer somewhere. Power off and on does not clear the problem, it keeps flashing orange and pressing the clear paper button does not help. Can I 're-set' the printer somehow?
There are a few options for you. You can power it completely off for a few moments to see if that clears the error. During that time I would recommend using a can of air to spray out the inside of the printer. The sensors can get dust on them and make it appear that you have a paper jam. Also if there is a small piece somehwere the pressurized air will hopefully dislodge it.
