- whenever I attempt to access wifi with my eee pc it freezes. I called customer service and told me I need to update my settings hardwire. I did and nothing is fixed.- GuestFeb 14, 2008
- In my Dell Inspiron 6400 lap top, wirless network is not detected. But using the same Modem, it is working fine with Ethernet card. The internet service providers are telling the problem could be due to the settings in the lap top or wireless switch not enabled. But when I checked, there is no wireless switch in this model. All wireless options were enabled and worked fine till last week when the problem was reported. Please help- vsanks
