What sort of camera is it? Does it power on, can you access menus and change things, etc? Have you checked you have a memory card in and of the correct type that it isn't full/write-protected (especially with SD cards)?

Your camera should make great pictures. I don't know if you changed some settings, but to make sure you are not in night mode or something like that, press the mode button and use the arrow keys to go to the smart capture mode. Then try again. Only chose another mode, if you know for sure that mode will give a better result then the smart capture mode.

Hi there: If you want to delete a picture on the camera during playback mode you have to hit the "OK/Menu" button and navigate to the delete option.
Photo Capture Mode Quick Function Buttons. Your digital camera has a four-directional pad that functions as Quick Function buttons: In that - Delete Last Photo - Allows you to delete the last photo taken.

The last two items above have to do with the amount of photos that can be captured at the relative resolution and compression settings before needing to download them to your computer. Here is a list of settings with the approximate number of photos each setting will give you: HI--Ld=20 photos HI--Hd=60 Lo--Ld=81 Lo--Hd=about 243 photos
its the hanging of ur cam's software..it can b solved by the technicians itself..so don dave ur hand in solving it..it may b due virus from ur memeory card..so rush to the service center..don get the product spoiled more..it wont cost u much for repiaring also.. ne thing els do tell me..n plz plz do rate me.. cya
