Multimedia Audio Controller has yellow question mark

Hi there. Ok, let's see if I can help.

Firstly, uninstall your audio drivers via Device Manager. Then download and install the AC'97 Audio Codecs from Realtek themselves:
http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=23&PFid=23&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

This should then automatically update your audio drivers. Don't forget to restart the system after they have installed. Open Device Manager and see if they are ok.

Let me know how it goes, and if you need me to clarify anything, just reply to this post.

My audio doesnt work when i upgraded

Go into Control Panel --> System --> Device Manager. Look for a Sound device or unknown multimedia device. Try updating the device to Realtek audio. Vista should have it's own Realtek audio drivers. If you can't find it, go here...

http://www.everex.com/support/nm3500w/nm3500w_downloads/nm3500w_downloads.htm

for driver downloads. Honestly, I'm not sure if the Realtek driver listed there is the proper one, but it's the only one listed. Post back with how it goes.

Multimedia audio controller

This is a very common problem. You may connect your PC to internet and select update driver. The required Driver will beautomatically downloaded. If you don't get the required material, give me the Model of your Motherboard and the Operating system you are using, I will give you a detailed solution for the problem.
The second thing, you are getting the right memory, rest of your memory has been shared for Graphics.
