my motorola c117 says phone is locked after inserting some other sim . Can it be unlocked?

Hi,
It must be asking for PIN code, and it must be operator sim dependent..
PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...
if you provide PUK code wrongly for 10 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM
NOTE: You should ask your service provider,get the PUK,
