I need to replace a washing machine door seal

I need to replace a washing machine door seal (indesit wm12x). Do i need to remove the top or can i do it from the front ? Any other tips on the procedure would be great. Thanks

It would be adviseable to rempve the top, and also tilt the washer to the rear, as it makes it easier to change the seal, and gives you more room to get your hands in.
