Hi,
Yes, there is a way to download the new firmware. On the support page:
http://www.samsung.com/us/support/detail/supportPrdDetail.do?menu=SP00&prd_mdl_cd=BD-P1500%2FXAA&prd_mdl_name=BD-P1500&prd_ia_sub_class_cd=P
There will be two firmware options. The top one unzips to a RUF file (for thumbdrives) and the one below it should make an ISO file (for CDs).
If the Blu-Ray is stuck on Load, make sure the tray is empty when you start it up. Then load the CD. If it doesn't autostart, try turning it off and letting it boot up with the CD in there.
To reset your BD Player, with the power on and with no disc in the player, press and hold the FF button on the front panel for five seconds. The language screen will appear and all settings will revert back to factory settings. If there is enough software, it may assist you to at least get to the point where you can load the disc and try again.
If youstill have problem, then it must be problem with the loader, if the device still in warranty, sending back to samsung they will replace the part with a new one....
Please leave me comment, if you need further assistance
