I have a complete set of cookware and find it is pitting and I feel needs replacement. I understand there is a life time qaurentee on this cookware. Please advise what the process is. The Salesperson was Bob Prete but I do not have his contact number. The last number I have is a Melfort Saskatchwan number. Please advise
