E10 (error) the machine rotates for few minutes

I had the same problem. I had a technial person come out to fix it. The E-10 that I had was from the Lowes people not installing the drain hose at the right angle. Try to reposition the drain hose and it should fix the problem. I think there is also a plastic peace that comes with the washer to ensure the drain hose is at the right angle. hope this helps
