When the water cycle is running there is a white plug by the water inlet that is leaking. When the dishwasher is not in the water cycle it does not leak. When the dishwasher is stopped in the middle of the wash cycle and water in in the bottom of the pan it does not leak. It only leaks when the water is running.

crack in water inlet valve or a pin hole in the hose going from the valve to side of tub spraying water where you see it. You have a holein someting. You need to trace it back to its sourse. When you say "water is running"im guessing thats when its filling with water not just washing.
