Why don't you try "Krups" ? I would think this would be the best place to start. Ask them if they stock the spares and if not where they are available.

Hi, I have a #872 model. It is very similar to the #871. Where the gasket is there is a small metal filter too, attached by a screw. UNPLUG your coffemaker!!! If you unscrew the filter and remove it with the gasket most likely you are going to find the other side of it clogged by coffee. Wash it off and wash the gasket well too with dishwashing soap. Rinse them off well. You should try to clean off the coffemaker part to where the gasket lays. Usually it is full of burnt of coffee. If there is no other problem with your coffemaker this should solve your problem.
