How to repormat acer aspire 4315 laptop

To format hard drive you can use Windows installation disk,
or Windows boot CD:

I,d suggest that you backup Your Hardware Drivers Before Doing This. Once A Drive Is Formatted, you,ll wipe It Clean of, all operating System (s) and any Installed Software.
Even if installing a fresh copy of windows. you will need Device Drivers From Acers Site. Usually VGA( Graphics ) Ethernet/Lan And Sound. Also any Quick-Launch Button Drivers. If you download A program Such as driver-Magician. this Will backup all Non M$ Drivers, which you should burn To CD or a Pen-Drive. As you Will need Them, if not using A System restore Disk.
