I bought the microwave in September 2007. It started sending grey smoke from the side were the light is about a month or so later, so I stopped using it. I contacted the House & Home branch in Margate were we bought it from to report the problem. They said it must be sent in for repairs and so we waited about a month for a service agent to collect the oven from me. Almost another month had past before we got it back, they said that they could not find anything that is wrong. It didnt even look like they unscrewed the screws to open up the microwave. If they had tested it they would have seen the grey/black smoke coming out on the inside of the microwave. I tried using it but before I could do anything. The smoke was so bad that the whole flat was in smoke and the microwave is completely dead now. Not even the time light is coming on. I am a huge fan of LG product because they bring quality to life, but I am very dissappointed in the service we got on this microwave. I bought a new product with all my savings and now this product is no longer working and it has'nt even been 3 months. If you can please assist me in contacting me so we can make arrangements.
