Look in your router for the active directory which will tell you the IP address for your printer.
Then go into the printer properties on your computer and make sure the printer port is set for that IP address.
They sometimes change when powered off and on, so your computer may be looking for example 192.168.1.5, but your printer is now at 192.168.1.3
