The
message "go to www.apple.com/support/ipod" usually is preceded by, or
followed by, the Apple logo or the sad face icon. It directs you to the Apple
support site because either the iPod software is corrupted or there is a
hardware problem. You should try to reset the iPod (try
several times). Toggle the Hold
switch to on, then
back to off (none of
the red is showing). Reset your iPod Press and hold down the Menu and Select buttons for 10 seconds
(until you see the Apple logo) If you can update/reload the iPod software, this may fix the
problem with your iPod. If that doesn't right the iPod, then try to restore it (which
will erase the entire iPod and reload the software) in itunes. It will not

hi, i have an ipod 80gb classic, when i import a cd, there is a blip in music after about 5 seconds on 1st track but if i import through "my music" i do not get this problem, can you tell me how to solve this please?
