How to unlock ipod nano 4gb

connect ipod to computer and go to itunes if using itunes nine got to ipod and click restore factory settings or on ur ipod go to settings and click reset settings

Check the tab up on the top of the iPod and make sure that it is not showing orange. If it is, push it so that it is not showing orange anymore. If that doesn't work, hold down the center button and the top where it says "menu" then when you see the apple symbol appear on the screen continue to hold the center but then press and hold the play/pause key.
