See if there is an error beep. If there is an erro beep, then change
main board.
Power off. Then check if RAM CPU BIOS are well-connected.

All computers require three things to run. Ram memory, CPU and Video. Most error beep codes have to do with one of those three things malfunctioning. As you have a laptop and no user serviceable parts I would recommend contacting the manufacturer. Be more specific about beep codes when communicating errors like these. Different beep codes mean different things.
