Haev a front loader GE washer DCVH515, and the

Haev a front loader GE washer DCVH515, and the same problem is that the fabric softener is still in there after the wash is done. There doesn't seem to be any way for the softener to get out of there? The detergent is gone (but there is a space in the rear of that compartment where it can flow out. I have tried watering down the softener but most, if not all, of it is still in there when it is done. I have to take the whole compartment out to rinse it out EVERY TIME. GE no longer has any tech support (I called last week). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. CarolJoyce
