In case you thing that the printer looks like to work but the paper doesnot feed, then the problem is mechanical. there is a gear that rotates the rods that feed the paper, which rotates but does not rotate the rod. One can see it only in case you dissasembly the coner from screws. In case you would like to be technical and try, you must takee off the cover by the screws and you will see a big gear on the left side. You must press a little towards the rod, to round it. You muct use a glu carefully, or go to a service to change the gear.
