How to reset SC544 for Ricoh MPC 3000 when the keyboard is faulty

Maybe TOUCH panel doesn't work.
Try to calibrate it:
Yellow -->1-->9-->9-->3--> Press Stop(red one) 5 times.
1 - Touch screen adjustment!!! Follow instructions on the screen.
After calibrating exit and try again to enter service mode.
Good luck

Sc544 on ricoh 1075

You have a fuser error, you will need to repair the fuser unit or replace it, can be the thermistors, thermalfuse or heat lamp, then you'll need to reset the machine via service mode, strongly recommend to be repaired by a technician. Good luck.

Error code SC 548 on Ricoh Aficio 1022 copier. Need to reset m/c

sc 548- service call - fusing unit not set properly
the fusing unit connector may be loose.
u can reset the error by entering the service mode (careful -do not change anything )
to enter the service mode press [all clear](yellow button) ,[1],[0],[7],[clear](orange button)and keep the button pressed for about 5 sec.
go in copier options , then mode 5, then option 810
and execute(or 1 & ok)

(careful -do not change anything else)

your heating unit (fuser) is overheating, call for service to to check heat sensor (thermister) and reset the code

It is a fuser overheat error....really has to be checked by a technician...

note that any Ricoh tech can also do it as it is a Ricoh machine

This is a code for the fuser, which indicates a very serious overheating condition. Your machine has something _seriously_ wrong with it, and should be looked at by a service technician.

SC544 - Fusing overheat error 2
A fusing temperature of over 251°C is detected by the fusing temperature monitor circuit in the SBCU board.
Potential Causes:
• Fusing thermistor defective
• Power supply board defective
• SBCU board defective

Press total clear Yellow key, 107, and press and hold clear stop key orange key more than 3 sec this reset the call condition. But what says to femaster he is correct.
