Problem for GE 24 in. Profile PDW9880JSS Built-in Dishwasher

The push buttom panel is locked up

the push butom panel is located on the top of the door and doesn't respond to any touch. The buttons appear to be frozen and we can't do a reset....have tried turning the circuit breaker off, and unplugging the dishwsasher but the panel is still frozen or non responsive. Any suggestions?
