I like to see two different charts on a seperate screen as it is not large enough on my single screen (They are small). How easily I can add an additional screen on my desk top?

Your PC has an integrated graphics set with no internal APG slot. So your best bet would be to research a USB monitor which are available in quite a few sizes. You would need to check that it is compatable with your systems hardware and software before you purchased it.
