Trouble code P0121 means: Throttle Position Sensor Voltage Does Not Agree With Map Sensor. You can replace the TPS for @ $30 from Autozone. Please vote appropriately and leave a comment. I hope this helps and Good luck.

Hi there: i did changed the throttle position sensor and the problem still there, and the idle is up and down and i change some of the vacuum lines too, but it could be a vacuum leak also which I have been checking and it could be that a cylinder has low compression too, so I am wandering what is really wrong there.

The term "information center" on a 2001 Dodge Durango typically refers to the vehicle's dashboard display that provides the driver with various information such as the current time, outside temperature, fuel level, and trip odometer. P0121 code in a 2000 dodge durango, will he TPS make the ransmission shift spuratically.

Yes..... The TPS can cause this!!! Another sign of a failing TPS is for the rpm's to fluctuate up and down by 100-300 as you drive down the interstate at a steady speed on a level surface.

My check engine light is on. The code is P0121

I believe all the Mopar OBDC codes are the same. A list of the 2001 codes were posted on a PT Cruiser site here: 2001 Chrysler codes

Your error says the throttle position sensor and MAP sensor disagree with each other

Serges when idle

P0121 is TPS Reference signal faulty.

Has you vehicle been worked on lately?

Sound like could be a ground problem in and around the throttlebody. I would look there first. TPS don't go out that often, it is usually something else that cause's that to happen
