It hang up. it need to be low bat before i can use

it hang up. it need to be low bat before i can use it again. what should do to avoid this thing ? its the 2nd time. im very dissapointed. & i cant sync . there is an error , although when i first put songs , & videos its OK . but now .. there is an error . i think there is a file needed . but i dont know what is it . :C

You need to do a 'Restore'. Connect your iPod with the cable that came with it to the USB port on your computer. In iTunes, click and (Restore). This will rebuild all the software on the iPod and restore your songs. Hope this helps.
