vertical line down every other page. i put in a new toner cartridge and also two cleaner sheets. Still it keeps on coming

Your printer print head needs to be clean manually and also the roller. Find a qualified printer technician to do it if you can't make it on your own.

Open it and clean the developer...when this kinda stuf is going on ...its always the developer ...and the mirror inside...clean them and it will be ok ...
