bought a close out model at staples. really stripped down. no manual. machine doesn't give a printout of a confirmation of receipt after fax is sent. trying to fix various problems w/o the manual is very hard to do.

In a case like yhis your best bet would be go to the manufacturer on line or call them, with model and serial numbers and you should be able to get manual. Also if you explain that manual was missing when purchased they may send it to you free.
