hi my copy is bizhub 350 and have a problem in printing. when i send a file to print in the copy screen only for a one secound apear a job list and this job automaticly deleting. please help me

this will happen if account track or authentication is enabled on the machine to enter a password for the driver go to the driver properties and click on printing preferences then the user authentication/account track button and you can enter your password there it would be the same password that you enter to make a copy
