Non of the 3 USB ports works anymore for unknown reason

ok, the answer is pretty simple, ur usb ports connect to a internal hub, that hub is what has malfunctioned, u need to reinstall that device's driver though the device manager on vista, go to start, type device manager in the search box, click device manager in the list, a uac query will appear, click continue, on device manager go to universal serial bus controlers and click the +, right click the usb root hub and uninstall it, repeat that for all of the usb root hubs, then restart ur pc, it will automatically reinstall the devices with a fresh driver, plug in your usb device and it should work, have a great day and happy holidays

I have a toshiba satellite a135 s2276. The usb ports are all enabled but it won't recognize any device plugged in Also when i boot up the screen is kinda pinkish in color then goes black. Everything works...

The problem is with your harware. Either there is some problem with your USB ports( Mother Board) or its due to conflicting drives. Reinstall all your USB port drivers.

USB PORTS DO NOT WORK

Turn off computer and try connecting an older mouse to the mouse port. If it works:

Right click Computer>click properties>click hardware>click Device Manager> click USB adapters. Then check to see if some of them are marked. Also you can click on each one to see if each is OK. Make sure that USB is enabled in the BIOS.
