This is a complex job. Side panels are clipped on only & need to be removed first. Then remove front cover ( is clipped at top ). Then remove top cover & rear cover ( screws ). The fuser is now visible & there are about 2 or 3 screws on each side that need to be removed before fuser will come out. Large Gear needs to be removed from L/H/S gear train before removing fuser. There are lugs on the fuser on both sides and little bit of pressure to frame & fuser will allow the fuser to be removed.
Then dismantle fuser & refit fixing film.
